Where to Lodge
At an Australian Visa Application Centre (VFS Global)
A service delivery partner has been appointed by DIAC to collect visa applications on behalf of the Visa Office in New Delhi. Visa applications in India & Nepal can be lodged at any VFS Global visa application centres, Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 hours.
If you have lodged your application through VFS, Track your passport.

Clients will not be admitted to the Australian High Commission to lodge visa or citizenship applications without a prior appointment.

(Please call between 09:00-12:00; or 14:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday).
If e-mailing us, you will need to include your name and passport number and the purpose of your appointment. You may include a telephone contact number if you wish.
Online
Some visa applications can be lodged online for processing at centres in Australia. Please refer to the e-visa section of our website.
Before you lodge an application, please ensure your application is complete and that you have all the necessary documentation. Incomplete applications may result in longer processing times.
